The "Blister" by Tramhaus is being released on Siluh and brings the new collection of songs to LP; it condenses the quintet’s evolved songwriting and precisely translates their energetic live dynamics to the medium. The compositions range from abrasive post-punk passages and shimmering shoegaze textures to straight-ahead punk attitude, giving the record a broad expressive range.

On "Blister," Tramhaus leans into stronger melodic arcs and tighter arrangements without abandoning the raw directness of earlier releases; driving drum patterns, distorted guitar washes, and the distinctive vocal passages of Lukas Jansen form the framework. The songs address tour experiences, community, and the negotiation of stability in an ever-shifting environment, as exemplified by the advance single "Plovdiv."

The album was recorded and mixed by Floyd Atema at GAM Studio, with mastering handled by Tammo Kersbergen, so that despite its rough-edged energy the production finds a clear, punchy balance between sludge-like density and airier passages. In doing so, the LP documents not only the band’s ongoing evolution, but also the close collaboration within an international network of independent labels that includes Siluh.
